What we collect

• What you enter when you book a free AI assessment: your name, email, phone number if you give it, business name, website and what you need help with.
• What you enter to get the free course sample on zenfrog.ai: your first name, email and role, and whether you agreed to get emails from us.
• For course buyers: your name, email and access code, and when the code was first used.
• What you send us by email or text message.
• Calls to our business line: the number you called from, the date and time, and a recording and transcript when our AI receptionist answers. The receptionist says it is an AI assistant at the start of the call.
• Basic visit data kept by our web host, such as pages viewed and browser type.

Why

To answer you, book and confirm appointments, send reminders and follow up on your request.

ZenFrog LLC does not sell your personal information.

Text messages

ZenFrog does not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Where it goes

Bookings are handled by Google Calendar and go to ZenFrog's Google Workspace account. Calls and texts run through Twilio, our phone provider. Call transcripts are summarized with an AI service so we can follow up accurately. Course sample signups and access codes are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts the course. Payments go through PayPal; we never see your card. Email goes to dane@zenfrog.ltd.

These providers handle your information only to run their service for us. The text message rules above apply to them too. We may also share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages while we are working with you. Call recordings are kept for up to 12 months. Ask and we will delete them sooner.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Every marketing email has a way to unsubscribe. Email dane@zenfrog.ltd to see, correct or delete what we have about you. Don't share payment details, passwords or health information when you book, call, text or email.

Children

Our services are for businesses, schools and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
